About Me:
Thank you for visiting my web site. I would like to share with you how my passion for designing and creating hand crafted jewelry developed.
My journey started in the spring of 2004. I went to a home party where we created our own necklace or earrings. I created a necklace and thought to myself, "this is easy".
I went home and experimented with already made jewelry; changing the designs to my liking. I proceeded to teach myself how to make my own jewelry from scratch. Women started commenting on it and asked if I sold my jewelry anywhere, which of course my answer was no because I was just doing this for myself. For a few months I heard this frequently and therein lies the seed that was planted. I decided to educate myself through research and practice to develop my workmanship. From there I made the decision to make jewelry for my first craft show in August 2004. That show was very successful and I have been designing and creating my jewelry and have attended many shows since!
I love this work and find it very rewarding when women share in the joy of wearing my jewelry!
My family and friends have been my biggest supporters; it means so much to me as I travel on this journey. Thank you all! Tracy
Info on products I use:
- Majority of my jewelry consists of glass pendants and beads. My favorite pendants are the Murano glass, which is reminiscent of Italy. They are a very striking focal point for a necklace. My favorite beads to use are Czech beads, these are high quality glass beads that will not become cloudy. And Swarvoski crystals, these will give you the “bling” you want!!
- Attachments are silver plated or gold plated.
- The wire I use is Accuflex clear nylon coated wire. The typical strength of this wire is 20 pounds, for extreme durability.
- I offer repairs if needed.
